Mendaki Gunung Rinjani – Teaser

E01_0724 Ini adalah batu. Yes, BATU! batu dari laluan Penyiksaan. Apa dia penyiksaan tu?

Assalamualaikum..

Wanabe lah katakan hihiihi. So mungkin ini adalah pilihan yang tepat. Mungkin..

AFF Suzuki Cup 2014 Final – The Ultras of Malaya

Nowdays, one thing that the Malaysian team never had to worry about during the tournament was support from this fanatic group. The Ultras Malaya lived up to their reputation by being ever-present at all of the Malayan Tigers’ matches.

The numbers have been rising steadily for Ultras Malaya, which was formed in October 2007 by a handful of frustrated Team Harimau fans. Back then, the national team was thrashed 5-1 (by China), 5-0 (Uzbekistan) and 2-0 (Iran) and finished bottom of the group during the AFC Asian Cup, which Malaysia co-hosted.

The wheels has been set in motion with Ultras Malaya preparing for a Tifo routine at the Curva in Stadium Bukit Jalil. You are bound to spot these fans in the stands, especially with their preferred uniform of black and yellow T-shirts and scarves.

E01_0838 copyBrad Kahlefeldt led out of the swim in the men’s professional race and was pipped out of transition by Denis Chevrot (FRA). John Polson followed two minutes later and the three athletes controlled the front of the race all day. Coming into last transition Kahlefeldt was first in and out followed by Chevrot and Polson. E01_0816 copy“It’s a great run course, but from an athletes point of view (if you are at the front) it was really hard not seeing anyone out there,” said Kahlefeldt.

E01_0828 copy“It definitely requires a different style of racing when in such humid conditions. The closing stages I really started to feel it. Hydrating early on the run is key and I am very happy to be able to take this win.”

E01_0819 copyBrad Kahlefeldt, a multiple world championship medallist over the shorter Olympic distance, continues to impress in the gruelling 1.9km swim, 90km cycle and 21.1km run half ironman distance in Putrajaya. During the friendly game between Malaysian and Philippines, the match had to be stopped for eight minutes after the Ultras Malaya started to fire the flares after the 30 minute games time of the first half.
