KUALA LUMPUR: Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd mengumumkan peletakan jawatan Tan Sri Isa Samad sebagai Pengerusi berkuatkuasa hari ini, 19 Jun 2017. Sementara itu, Tan Sri Dr Sulaiman Mahbob dilantik sebagai Pemangku Pengerusi FGV, juga berkuatkuasa pada tarikh yang sama. Dalam kenyataan kepada Bursa Malaysia, FGV berkata, Isa berhenti sebagai Pengarah Dilantik Kerajaan dan beliau akan memberi tumpuan kepada urusan peribadi. Sementara itu, Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Najib Razak berkata, Isa dilantik sebagai Pemangku Pengerusi Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Awam Darat (SPAD) berkuatkuasa serta merta.

KL Haze


Malaysia is once again affected by the worsening haze situation with several areas reaching an Air Pollution Index (API) reading of Unhealthy. According to Department of Environment’s (DOE) pages, Shah Alam recorded Very Unhealthy at 226 and Kuala Lumpur was at 171 API. On the 3rd of October 2015, Shah Alam are reach 308 API which is in the Hazardous situation.

Banjir Temerloh, Pahang 2014

Pada 2hb Januari yang lepas saya berkesempatan dalam satu misi bantuan kepada mangsa banjir di daerah Temerloh, Pahang. Pada ketika itu daerah Temerloh merekodkan jumlah mangsa banjir teramai iaitu 19,875 orang daripada 4,831 keluarga di 62 pusat pemindahan.

Temerloh Flood Jalan dari Jambatan Temerloh ke arah Kg Awah telah boleh dilalui. Dari maklumat penduduk setempat, malam sebelumnya laluan hanya boleh dilalui kenderaan berat.

Temerloh Flood Penduduk pulang melihat keadaan rumah setelah air mulai surut di beberapa kawasan sekitar Temerloh.

Day of National Mourning

The Jalur Gemilang was flown at half mast throughout the country on the Day of National Mourning on 22 August 2014. The Day of National Mourning was declared by Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin in conjunction with the arrival of the remains of victims in the Malaysia Airlines (MAS) flight MH17 tragedy aimed at expressing sadness of the Malaysian people over the tragedy. The MAS flight MH17, which carried 283 passengers and 15 crew members, was flying from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, when it was believed to have been shot down in Ukraine.

Free Gaza Rally : Kuala Lumpur 18 July 2014

People around the world have participated in protest rallies to condemn the Israeli deadly aggression against Palestinians in the besieged Gaza Strip. In Malaysia, protesters held a demonstration in Kuala Lumpur, infront of the US Embassey that world known as a the strogest supporter for Israel. Malaysia has no diplomatic relation with Israel.

This demonstration are held after Friday prayer with is participating almost 1000 protestor, many waving Palestinian flags, joined this  rally to denounce Israeli atrocities against Palestinians and its relentless airstrikes on Gaza. The protes also to denounce the Tel Aviv regime’s offensive against the blockaded Palestinian sliver. Reported untill today almost 600 Palestinian has been killed. Most of them are children, eldest and woman.

MH370 – AirAsia X Suspends Pilot

AirAsia X, the long-haul arm of budget carrier AirAsia has suspend one of their senior first officer after the officer posting up a public message on Facebook denying the crash of MAS flight MH370 and suggesting that the Government was hiding information pertaining to the airliner.

“AirAsia X senior first officer has been suspended pending investigation as company policies were broken in Facebook posting,” group chief executive officer Tony Fernandes said in a tweet. E01_0257a

Holi Festival – Malaysia 2014

Holi is a spring festival also known as festival of colours. It is an ancient Hindu religious festival which has become popular with non-Hindus in many parts of South Asia, as well as people of other communities. Holi celebrations start with a Holika bonfire on the night before Holi where people gather, sing and dance. The next morning is free for all carnival of colours, where everyone plays, chases and colours each other with dry powder and coloured water, with some carrying water guns and coloured water-filled balloons for their water fight.

Kuala Lumpur & Haze – 13 to 16 March 2014

After 3 days the Air Pollutant Index in a bad condition, yesterday Kuala Lumpur in a bright blue sky. As of 5pm yesterday, the Department of Environment’s Air Pollutant Index (API) showed no places in Malaysia were experiencing hazardous air quality. But Today 16 Mac 2014 the API estimated increased.

Kuala Lumpur Haze Worsens

The haze has worsened in several parts of the country with Port Klang recording the highest Air Pollution Index (API) of 233 as at 4pm, which is a very unhealthy level. According to the Department of Environment’s (DOE) website, the API reading at 4pm in Putrajaya (164) and Kuala Lumpur (157). The API in 13 other areas showed unhealthy levels of more than 100.
